Inevitable Play Poster
Imagine not smiling for 40 years to avoid getting wrinkles. The main character in this play, based on a true news story, did just that. The pattern on the wings used in the design of the poster represent the lines of an aging face and the butterfly symbolizes a beautiful yet fragile being that inevitably will age. Linoleum prints, stamp lettering, and acrylic paint were used to create the final piece.
